Roles & Responsibilities:

As a childcare principal, you will provide mentorship to the teachers, ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain good relationships with parents.

Job Scope:

  • Ensure licensing requirements, health and safety regulations are maintained always
  • Provide mentorship to teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation to raise performance standards and competencies
  • Provide leadership to all staff to ensure smooth day to day operations
  • Work closely with parents to assist their children in their holistic development

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Early Childhood and Education – Teaching and Leadership
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the childcare/preschool setting

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children between the ages of 3 to 6 and is passionate about their overall development.

Job Scope:

  • Engage, nurture and motivate children through play and hands-on activities
  • Establish effective classroom management
  • Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning
  • Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons
  • Perform routine care for children as well as to ensure safety and hygiene of   the children
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching (with L1 or L2 certification)
  • Enjoy working with children and passionate in educating young children
  • Creative, energetic and dynamic

Roles & Responsibilities:

If you are passionate about working with children and wish to become an Early Childhood professional, come join us in our full-time scholarship program.

The fully sponsored program aims to provide trainees with hands-on experience for working with young children as you undergo formal training in Early Childhood Education.

Pre-requisites:

  • Candidate must possess at least 5 GCE `O’ level credits including English (EL1) AND Polytechnic Diploma OR Degree (For PDECCE)
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary 4 or 10 years of formal education (For ACEY)
    •  Attained an average level of 5 under the Statement of   Attainment (SOA) in Employability Skills (ES) WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) series; and any one of the following:
    •  Credit in GCE ‘O’ Level L1;
    •  Minimum band of 5.5 in IELTS (General); or
    •  SOA 5 for WPL (writing)
  • Must be proficient in English, both spoken & written
  • Assist the Preschool Teacher in the daily execution of activities and programmes
  • To provide care and supervision to children, e.g. showering, feeding
  • Monitoring learning progress of children
  • Building good rapport with parents
  • Decorate and upkeep learning environments regularly to support monthly curriculum theme
  • Other ad-hoc duties as deemed by the Principal
  •  Singaporeans/ PR only

Trainees can look forward to:

  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
  • WSQ Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Childcare) (PDECCE)

As an assistant teacher, you will assist the main classroom teachers in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning of children.
